We are honored each time you walk through our doors.

Therapy for Children & Adolescents

Is your child or teenager showing symptoms of anxiety or depression? Or is your child acting out? Has your child recently gone through a stressful event, like a divorce in the family or death of a loved one? Does your child seem to be run by a motor and full of energy? No matter what you’re facing with your child, we are here and ready to support you. Our team of therapists are trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet your child where they are at, and move towards a place of peace and healing.

Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health

It’s been said years 0-5 of our lives are the most important in terms of brain growth and emotional development. We are proud to offer services to our youngest population and their parents. We offer three of the most scientifically supported treatment modalities for our youngest clients- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Circle of Security-Parenting. If you have concerns about the social-emotional development of your young child, if your child has experienced trauma in their young years of life, or if you feel like your relationship needs strengthened, give us a call today.

Couples Therapy

Whether you’ve been in a relationship for 6 months or 60 years, relationships all have their hardships. Our therapists are trained to be neutral parties when facing challenges within your marriage or relationship. Sometimes making the call for some support is the first step we need to find a place of peace.
